Sunny is the Broker/Owner/Partner of 5 Keller Williams Offices in Mississauga, Georgetown and Ottawa with over 520 agents. He studied Urban Planning Architecture before earning an MBA from Queen’s University. At the age of 18 he entered the real estate brokerage industry and become one of the top REALTORS® in the country, completing over 100 transactions in one year at the age of 21. At the height of his success in the early 90’s, he decided to take a 3-year break and became a student and teacher under the guidance of several spiritual leaders. Since then he has been a leadership coach to several organizations and has held senior positions in the real estate industry. Before Keller Williams he started with Canada Trust, then worked for REMAX before becoming a Director at Royal LePage headquarters.
In 2006 he received the Top 40 under 40 Award and under his leadership his KW brokerage was one the Best Workplaces List ranking within the top 10 and also ranking as the 2nd Best Place to Work for Women in Canada.
