Bill Duce has been the Executive Officer of the Kitchener Waterloo Association of REALTORS® since 2008 and during that time has been fortunate to participate locally, provincially, and nationally on a variety of task forces, committees, boards, and projects.
In 2012 he served a one-year term as a director of the Canadian Real Estate Association and was recognized in 2019 with the AEN Award of Excellence which recognizes outstanding dedication and exemplary service.
Since 2012 he has been part of a joint initiative to regionalize MLS® Services that was initially between three associations which grew to eight, then constricted to seven, then grew to ten until finally joining with an equal initiative to form a shared regional MLS® System of twenty boards.
